Comprehensive Speech and Language Services
Bridge Therapy provides individualized, evidence-based services tailored to each person’s strengths and needs. From toddlers to adults, we specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of speech and language needs, offering support that builds confidence and connection throughout the lifespan.
Our Core Services
We provide personalized support for a wide range of communication needs, including childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, gestalt language processing, social communication differences, AAC use and communication needs related to autism and aphasia. All services are grounded in evidence-based practices and delivered with compassion, collaboration and care.
We offer one-on-one therapy sessions, comprehensive speech and language evaluations, dynamic motor speech assessments for childhood apraxia of speech, screenings, friendship groups, educational trainings, Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE), parent coaching, and consultations. Our approach is grounded in years of clinical experience and the latest research and provided in a warm, supportive environment. We love what we do and the families we serve.
We are recognized as a LAMP Certified Center of Excellence through the Center for AAC and Autism https://aacandautism.com. Our team is trained in augmentative and alternative communication programs including Unity, TouchChat, Proloquo, Nova Chat and Speak For Yourself, helping individuals enhance communication.
After a complimentary informational call, we offer in-depth consultations to gain a clearer understanding of each client and family’s needs. These sessions help guide next steps, including recommendations for therapy, evaluations, or referrals to other services and professionals when appropriate.
Our small group sessions focus on helping children, teens and young adults build social communication, problem-solving and relationship skills in a supportive and engaging setting. Groups are offered at various times of year, tailored by age and developmental level to promote confidence, connection and real-world communication success.
We work closely with a small group of local preschools to build meaningful partnerships that support early communication development. These partnerships include onsite speech and language screenings, staff trainings and shared efforts to promote early identification and support. For some partner schools, we also offer the convenience of onsite therapy services, complementing the high-quality services available in our offices.
We provide accessible care options for families across the State of Florida, delivering high-quality speech and language services from the comfort of their homes through our interactive and secure virtual therapy sessions.
We partner with families to build confidence and equip them with practical strategies to support communication at home and beyond. Caregivers learn how to model language, support speech sound development, and implement individualized home practice plans, including specialized training for families of children with childhood apraxia of speech and through our training with Babble Boot Camp for early communicators.
An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) is a comprehensive assessment completed by a qualified professional outside of your child’s school district, often requested when families want a second opinion or a more in-depth understanding of their child’s strengths and needs. Under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, families have the right to request an IEE if they would like additional insight beyond a school evaluation. We offer evaluations that provide clear, functional insights and practical recommendations to support your child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).
We offer engaging, research-informed presentations tailored to a variety of audiences, including presentations to educational teams, staff in-services, professional conferences, and undergraduate and graduate programs. Topics include childhood apraxia of speech, early speech and language development, strategies to support communication at home and in school, autism and neurodiversity-affirming practices, private practice development, speech sound disorders, AAC, and effective communication. Presentations are thoughtfully customized based on the setting and audience, drawing on current research, clinical expertise, and years of experience to ensure content is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable.
